As part of the River Terrace West and South Development - Parks and Open Space Analysis, the assumed net development area was determined by taking the total area and subtracting areas of steep slopes and significant natural resource areas (Riparian Habitat Class I and Upland Habitat Class A from Metro Title 13 Resource Inventory). Some upland habitat in the River Terrace West section appears to have been cleared and this area was added back into the net development area. In the River Terrace South section, there are a couple of areas that appear to be significant tree groves, and these areas were subtracted out of the net development area.<\/SPAN><\/P>
